Terms of Service
Last updated 1st September 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Aesthetica Social (“Contractor”, “we”, “us”) to the client (“Client”, “you”).
By purchasing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services

We provide social media marketing services including, but not limited to, social media audits, strategy development, and content creation for organic platforms. The scope of each project will be agreed with you in writing before payment.
2. Payments

-
All services are billed as one-time payments through Stripe (or another payment method agreed in writing).
-
Full payment is required upfront. Work will not begin until payment is received.
-
All payments are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations

-
One-Time Services: Because services are delivered on a one-time basis and tailored to your needs, cancellations are not permitted once payment has been made.
-
Retainer Services: For ongoing retainer agreements, either party may cancel by providing 4 weeks’ written notice before the end of the active agreed-upon term. Please refer to your 'contract of work' for the in-depth details.
4. Ownership of Content

-
We retain ownership of all content we create.
-
Upon full payment, you are granted an exclusive licence to use the content for your business purposes.
-
This licence is non-transferable and does not allow resale of the content.
5. Third-Party Platforms

-
We are not responsible for issues outside our control on third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram deactivation, disabling, or deletion).
-
You acknowledge that such platforms operate independently, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or results.
-
Due to the nature of social media and factors beyond our control, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (followers, engagement, sales, etc.).
6. Client Responsibilities & Copyright

-
You are responsible for ensuring all materials you provide (logos, images, copy, etc.) are lawfully owned or licensed.
-
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Contractor from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from copyright infringement or third-party disputes.
-
For audits or account access, you must provide correct login credentials and notify us of any changes within 24 hours.
7. Confidential Information

-
“Confidential Information” includes all sensitive information shared during the service, such as passwords, strategies, pricing, or account details.
-
We commit to keeping such information secure and will destroy passwords upon service completion.
-
You accept that using third-party tools to share confidential info (e.g., Password.link) carries inherent risks.
-
If you suspect a security breach, you must immediately revoke account access and notify us.
8. Work Distribution & Portfolio

-
You grant us permission to showcase work done for you (including your business name) in portfolios, websites, galleries, or media for marketing purposes.
-
This licence is irrevocable and remains in effect even after service termination.
9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
